Our tips for your recording

For a recording from your computer, make sure that :

• You have a webcam and a microphone. You will have the opportunity to test your equipment before recording.
• You are using the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
• Your internet connection is sufficient to transmit your video. 

For recording via the application, check that :

• Your network is stable. If not, change your network from 4G/5G to wifi or vice versa if you were already on wifi.
• You have enough storage space on your smartphone or tablet. This will allow temporary storage of the video before sending.
• The authorisations linked to the camera and the microphone are accepted in the "Settings" area of your device.
• That your access code is correctly filled in (see at the bottom of your Visiotalent invitation email)
• If you already have the application, don't hesitate to update it
