I can't hear myself during the video test

If you can't hear yourself when testing your equipment, here are a few things to check:

  • Plug in headphones with a built-in microphone (iPhone type)
  • Make sure that no application / software requiring the use of the microphone is open (Skype, Facetime, Photobooth, ...)
  • Try using another web browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome
