I am having problems with the mobile application

If you cannot start the video recording or move on to the next question, the problem may be related to instability in your connection. 

We recommend that you change your connection mode:

  • If you use WIFI, please disconnect it
  • If you use only the mobile network, try to connect to WIFI

In order to avoid recording problems as much as possible, you can also check that your mobile phone has enough storage space to record a few minutes of video.

Please note that if you have not authorised access to your image gallery or camera, no video will be sent to us. You can check this in your accessibility settings.
